Breathing deep at 200 metres: A yoga experience to remember for the TOWER185 community
Out of the office and up to the 50th floor: On Tuesday evening, the stunning rooftop terrace of FIFTY HEIGHTS at TOWER185 was transformed into an open-air yoga studio unlike any other. Led by Timo Wahl – one of Frankfurt’s most renowned yoga instructors – around 50 members of the TOWER185 community came together after work for a 90-minute session high above the city.
But what followed was more than just movement: set against a panoramic backdrop and under calm skies, the dynamic Vinyasa flow guided participants through 90 minutes of focus, energy and lightness – the ideal way to transition from work to evening.
Set to gentle beats and surrounded by an uplifting atmosphere, both beginners and more experienced yogis found themselves challenged and recharged. Refreshments were generously provided by Sodexo, keeping everyone cool and energised.
The response? Overwhelmingly positive: the session was fully booked within days of being announced – a clear sign that our community is eager for moments like this.
