A touch of New York in the heart of Frankfurt. This season, arriving at TOWER185 feels special from the very first moment – our festive entrance is glowing from a distance. Two elegantly decorated six-metre Nordmann firs frame the way inside, while a pocket-sized winter woodland turns the forecourt into a true winter setting. And because Christmas magic is best shared, our selfie spot with sparkling angel wings has become a daily magnet. At TOWER185, you can feel it: the most wonderful time of the year is here.
To many in our community, the run-up to Christmas at TOWER185 is a much-loved highlight of the year – and in 2025 we once again lit up the building with atmospheric décor and a seasonal gifting campaign.
Now it’s time to say thank you – and to celebrate the moments that invite us to pause, connect and share. At the heart of it all is our annual St Nicholas giveaway: at the bespoke gift spot in the lobby, the hand-picked treats were snapped up early. Built around the theme “With gratitude for our connection”, the campaign also served as an early teaser for our smart-building transformation, coming in 2026.
