In front of FIFTY HEIGHTS’ wraparound panoramic windows and overlooking Frankfurt’s festive lights, tenants came together to finish the year with a gentle yoga flow led by instructor Timo Wahl – less about pace, more about focus.
With “letting go” as the guiding focus, Timo led a restorative yet suitably challenging session, with everyone free to adjust the intensity to their own level. Mindful breathing and Timo’s encouraging guidance shaped the practice throughout. After 45 minutes, the session transitioned into a calm, deeply relaxing closing sequence.
Refreshments afterwards were kindly provided by our tenant, Sodexo. The year-end class was warmly received, with participants particularly appreciating the relaxed atmosphere and the beautifully lit setting.
